Create a Photo Gallery

Desktop
Step 1: To add a new gallery, either Hover over the +New tab and select Photo Gallery or Hover over Photo Galleries from the left hand menu and select Add new.
Step 2: Enter in your title
Step 3: Above the content box, select the Create Gallery button.
Step 4: Prior to Selecting your photos, make sure that the ‘create gallery’ button on the left hand side of the screen is already selected.
Step 5: Choose the photos from your computer and select create a new gallery. [Note: To choose multiple images at a time hold the command (if on a Mac) / Ctrl (if on a PC) button on your keyboard and select the images you want.
Step 6: If you want to add a caption and/or drag and reorder the pictures, you can do so on this screen.
Step 7: After the images are set, click Insert gallery
Step 8: Go to the Teams section on the right hand side of the page and choose the sport(s) that are in this gallery. This allows the gallery to be categorized for the appropriate teams, and will allow the gallery to populate on that teams home page.
Step 9: On the right-hand side under Featured Image, click “Set Featured Image” to determine which photo will be used in the thumbnail preview, then hit the BLUE publish button to publish your gallery.
Step 10: If you would like to add more photos to a gallery or edit the order/captions of the photos in the gallery, Hover and click on your imagery in the content box and select the pencil icon that appears. This will allow you to edit the Imagery of the gallery. From here you can either remove photos, edit captions, re-arrange, or add more photos to the gallery by clicking the ‘Add to gallery‘ button on the left-hand side of the screen.
Remember to hit the blue update after making changes to your galleries so that the updates will save!
Mobile
Step 1: Hover over the +New tab and select Photo Gallery
Step 2: Enter in your title
Step 3: Above the content box, choose Create Gallery
Step 4: Choose the photos from your mobile device and select open.
Step 5: If you want to add a caption and/or drag and reorder the pictures, you can do so on this screen.
Step 6: After the images are set, click Insert gallery.
Step 7: Scroll down until you see the widget labeled Featured Image, click “Set Featured Image” to determine which photo will be used in the thumbnail preview.
Step 8: To categorize your gallery, Scroll down to the Teams section and choose the sport(s) that are in this gallery. This allows the gallery to be categorized for the appropriate teams.
Step 9: Scroll to the top of the page and click the blue Publish button.
