Can I find out who is signed up as coaches for my school?

Yes, You will be able to see this information by switching over to teammate.
Hover over the switcher to the left of the home button icon on Pressbox
Step 1: Click on Teammate
Step 2: Click on the “Coaches” tab
You will be able to see your registered coaches (Name, Email, Phone Number, Date they registered, & Team)
