When fans donate through the Donations Engine,
what do I need to know as an Administrator?

When fans donate through your school’s donation page, it’s exciting! Not only do they become a part of your school’s online community, it also allows us to help get them more involved with your school. Specifically, we will do a few things that you may hear about as an Administrator:
Urge them to sign-up for information about your teams and subscribe to that team’s alerts
Download your school’s mobile app
Message them about the newest donation rewards to incentivize them to donate again
Update them on amounts raised for your school
Reward them for being a top donor for your school, state, or across the country
Connect them with offers from third-parties that come through us
Invite them to webinars and other educations events to learn more about products and services we think they would be interested in or benefit from.
Not be as quickly responsive to them as we are to you (our team is small!)
