Managing Preferences (Email, SMS)

Managing your Alert Preferences (default) can be done through your account settings.
Step 1. Log into getvnn.com and click “GO TO ALERTS“.
Step 2. Click on the person icon at the top right of the page and select “Preferences”.
Step 3. Choose whether you would like your default setting to be “Email only“, “Text (SMS) only” or “Both email and text“.
Step 4. Click “Continue”
Step 5. Confirm your contact information (email and phone). If you selected “text” as one of your options, you must hit “send” code to test text messaging. A four-digit code will be sent to your phone, and you will enter that on the website.
Step 6. Click “Continue“
