How to Sync a Team Schedule with your Outlook Calendar

Syncing a team’s schedule to your Outlook Calendar
Step 1: Go to the athletic site for the schedule you are interested in syncing.
Step 2: Select the team you are looking for from the season menus.
Step 3: Once on the team page, select the ‘Schedule‘ button.
Step 4: On the right-hand side of the screen, right-click on the ‘Subscribe‘ button, then click on ‘Open Link in a New Tab’.
Step 5: Open up that new tab and copy the entire URL in the URL box at the top of the screen. It should begin with s3.amazonaws
Step 6: Open a new tab with Outlook and go to your Calendar.
Step 7: Click on ‘Import Calendar’ and then click on ‘From Web.’
Step 8: Paste that ‘s3.amazonaws‘ URL under ‘Link to the Calendar‘ and enter a title for the calendar under ‘Calendar Name.’
Step 9: Click on the green ‘Import‘ button.
