How can I add another user to my site
who is not going to be a coach or an AD?

If you are trying to add a user to your site who is not going to be a coach but will just be posting photos and articles, follow the steps below to get started!
Step 1: Have the user create an account at getvnn.com
Step 2: After an account has been created, reach out to our support department so that we can grant them access to your athletic site!
You can reach support via phone (616) 930 – 4100 Mon to Fri from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.
You can also reach support via email at support@rschooltoday.com
And lastly, you can reach support via livechat! Livechat is available on your vnn dashboard at getvnn.com. Just look for the green button at the top of the screen that reads ‘Live Chat’. If it is after business hours, the button will change to say ‘Send message’ and that will allow you to send us an email as well.
Once you have reached out to us, we can grant the new user access to your site in a matter of minutes.
