Do I need to provide users with receipts for their donations?

No! Our system handles all the receipt sending so you don’t have to. When a user donates, they’ll receive two emails from our system:
A school-branded receipt, sent immediately after the donation is completed, that includes details about the donation the user made, the total amount charged to their credit card, the reward they selected (if any), your school’s tax-ID number, and amount from the donation that is tax-deductible (which may be different depending on which reward the user selected during checkout.)
Details for how a user can fulfill the reward they selected during checkout.
