SportsHub Playbook – Adding Team Contacts
Team contacts are additional contacts that your coaches can add that they would like to send score reports to i.e family, a recruiter, etc. When a post is submitted the report will be sent to both school + team contacts.
Step 1: Go to getvnn.com
Step 2: Click on “GO TO PRESSBOX“
Step 3: Click “Team Contacts” on the left hand side
Step 4: Click on “Add new contact“
Step 5: Enter in the required fields (Organization Name, Email, City and State.) If the contact does not work for an organization you can fill in the first name and last name fields. Inside the organization box you can enter a title i.e Parent.
Step 6: To add more contacts click “Save & Add another” to simply save this one contact click “Save & close“.
